By accessing or using this website, the SME Energy Claim portal, or any associated services (“Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This applies to both SME businesses (“Clients”) and SME brokers, agents, or consultants (“Partners”) using or referring to the platform.

2. Who We Work With.
We provide Services to SME businesses looking to identify and recover funds from historic energy billing errors. We also partner with authorised brokers and intermediaries who refer clients to us via secure, branded portals.

3. Use of the Platform.
The platform is made available for legitimate business purposes only:

• Clients may use it to upload documents, sign Letters of Authority, and track their claims.

• Partners may use it to refer clients, track progress, and monitor commission earnings.
  Misuse, duplication, or unauthorised access is strictly prohibited.

4. Commission & Revenue Share.
Approved Partners are eligible to receive a share of our success-based claim fee (typically 25%) once a client’s claim is paid out. The full terms of this arrangement are outlined in individual partnership agreements.

5. No Upfront Cost to Clients.
Clients are not charged any upfront fees. Our service operates on a no-win, no-fee basis.
SMEs will pay no more than 25% of the recovered amount, plus any agreed disbursement costs (e.g., document access fees or third-party data charges). These costs are clearly outlined before any claim is submitted.

6. Intellectual Property.
All content, technology, branding, and claim tools on this website are the exclusive property of SME Energy Claim or its parent entity. They may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection.
All information submitted by Clients or Partners is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We operate under strict confidentiality protocols and comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability.
We work to maximise claim outcomes, but results may vary depending on individual case details. We are not responsible for loss of earnings, delays, or decisions made by third-party suppliers.

9. Changes to These Terms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
